Big Bird Birthday Card

Wow! two post in a day...Now that's progress. I recently purchased Sesame Street Font and Sesame Street Friends and all I have to say is "LOVE IT" The font cartridge reminds me of  the Pooh Font Set. The Sesame Street Characters are holding alphabets so I welded the phrase happy birthday from birthday bash onto the "H"{that Big Bird is holding} then I cut it out in black. I cut another "H" in blue and another happy birthday in Red to layer on top of the black, added a button, twine, stickles & some eyes and I was done. Really cute and simple.  Hope you like it.

Belated Birthday Card

Hi Cricutjunkies,
Hope everyone had a crafty weekend...I am entering this birthday card in the Birthday Sundaes challenge.  I decided on a Belated Birthday card because I am notorious for forgetting Birthday's. It is a really simple card; so simple that I created 8 on my gypsy just to have on hand. I used create a critter for the turtle, everyday paperdolls for the sign and birthday bash for the card. Hope you enjoy!!!

Monday Challenge #11-Tie it on & Birthday Sundaes- Anything Goes

Hello Cricutjunkies,
Hope you had a wonderful weekend. I am entering this card in two challenges My Craft Spot the challenge is to use ribbon or twine on your project.  Birthday Sundaes  challenge is Anything Goes. I made this cute  card for my little cousin's 1st Birthday party.

RECIPE

Cartridges: Birthday Bash,  Sweet Treats & Life's A Party.
I welded the #1 from Sweet Treats onto the Elephant's trunk.
The Elephant is cut 3.22 the #1 is cut at .89 using the Gypsy.
The Card is cut from Birthday Bash @ 4.80 and the layer is cut
from Life's A Party @ 4.52. I found this really cute satin rope type
ribbon at Michael's in the dollar bin. Sentiment is computer generated
 The Elephant is mounted with an Action Wobble.

Gift card holder: EK Success ABC123 punch.

Paper: Stampin up Textured Card stock

Card Cupid New Challenge Sunday

Hello Cricutjunkies,
It is another nice day in So. I was feeling really crafty and gypsy adventurous today. My idea was to have the Bee rescue his friends from a jar. I think it came out really cute. I am entering this card in two challenges The Buggie Challenge at BugBites and Papercutz challenge #83.

New Challenge Sunday {Spring Theme}

Hello Cricutjunkies,
In honor of the arrival of Spring, I am entering this card in the Spring Challenge at Card Cupids.  Although where I live in So. Calif it is storming again. I am sitting in my scrapbook room enjoying the rain and I see a bird...ahh..ha (inspiration) so  I created this cute girl bird card. Hope you enjoy.

Terrific Tuesday Challenge - Birthday Bash

I am entering the Terrific Tuesday Challenge. I am also continuing my quest to Gypsy challenge myself. I used the weld feature on the cat and flag. The flag image does not have a shadow feature and I really needed something to break up the yellow. I increased the size rotated and slanted the pink flag until I looked like a shadow  (well a partial shadow)
