Dog & Cat Birthday Card

Hi Cricutjunkies,

I have been busy cleaning and re-organizing my craft room boy was that a project. It is amazing how much stuff you can accumulate in such a short time. I had so much stuff from when I first started crafting but never used. My dilemma was what do I do with it. Well I boxed it all up and passed it onto a co-worker who just started crafting, her excitement brought me so much joy that I encourage you to do the same "Pass The Crafting BUG"

My Project: I pulled out a really old cart " Cricut Sampler" I cut the silhouette and bonus image at 4.5. Using my Gypsy. I hide the dog and cut the cat out using a different color. The card size is 6x5 and all the paper is from my stash.  I made the envelope using Martha Stewart score board.

Added a little bling to the cat and glossy accents on the dog's nose

I always add a little decorative element to the inside of my cards. It's the details that make a simple card look GREAT!

Shopping Our Stash Bird Card

Hello Cricutjunkies,

I haven't posted a project since 4th of July although I have been busy crafting. It seems like the older you get the quicker time passes. I have been trying to stay true to my resolution by saving my cash and using my stash so I though this challenge was perfect.  SOS challenge {Shopping Our Stash} this week is to seek out something with fur or feathers- animal or bird! No insects, spiders, bees. It needs to have feathers or fur! You can use animal print paper as well- or feather themed papers, etc.

I used a paper pack from my stash, added a little bling and cut out a bird from the Create A Critter Cart to fill in the dead space now you have a cute card in about 20 mins. I have been really trying to build up my card stash so I didn't use a sentiment because this card can be used for anything.

Hope you feel inspired to use what is in your stash and don't forget to stop by Shopping Our Stash
and join the challenge.

Thank U Card

Hi Cricutjunkies,

Hope you are having a Great 4th of July.

Here is a really cute and easy "Thank U Card" made from my stash of  Paper Stacks. This is a great way to use your paper stacks especially if they have great floral or patterned images.  I used craft card stock for the card, ribbon from my stash, a few pearls and a glitter pen. Hope you are inspired!

I outlined the flower and the sentiment with a Sakura glitter pen
(you can't see it very well in the picture)

Babies Night Out

Hey Cricutjunkies,

Patches of Pink Design Team post for April is a "Baby Theme" I am sooo excited about this post, Babies are one of my favorite things to craft about. I  created two cute baby cards all dressed up and ready to go out for the evening. I used Stretch Your Imagination and the cricut sampler cart. I cut the baby out twice in the shadow feature, flipped one side then used my gypsy to welded the rattle and the card together. I think they came out adorable.

The babies are cut out at 6" and the rattle is 1.9"
Paper: Echo Park {yours truly}
Card stock: PTI and Paper wishes
Face: PKS {basic paper doll faces}
