I made this cute cup cake shaped card for the challenge at Birthday Sundaes. I used the Elmo's Party cartridge. This is my 2nd post with this cartridge. This a cartridge everyone should have in their collection. It is so versatile and fun you can create for kids or adults. Hope you like it.
